Regional Manager, Credit Management

**The responsibilities of this role are**:
- Overseeing and managing end-to-end credit control operations of the business unit
- Analyze and monitor credit reports and alerts for potential risk adjustments
- Analyze customer accounts for potential credit limit adjustments
- Update and maintain Credit insurance coverage and associated reporting
- Adhere, implement, and improve the existing credit control policies of the business unit
- Review debtors regularly to reduce aged unpaid sums
- Ensure that cash collections is maximized and that quarterly targets are met
- Responsible for the production of ad hoc debt reports and portfolio analysis
- Liaise with internal and external parties to enhance existing credit risk policies
- Actively participate in digitalization projects for the business unit
- University Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent
- 10 years working experience, including knowledge of **AR/Credit Management in Manufacturing industry preferred**:
- OTC Cycle Process Improvement & Control, Credit Risk Analysis & Management experience preferred
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- **Experience with SAP HANA is highly desirable**:
- Problem solving and analytical skills with a proactive management style to implement new processes is requirement
- Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and influencing skills are required
- Mindset for excellent process execution & continuous improvements
- Strong customer focus
