**1. Main duties (as Logistics Assistant)**:

- Collect samples from Customers
- Loading and unloading of the metal samples by using a forklift
- Allocate and prepare samples (unboxing, repositioning, labelling) for the next process.
- Verify sample identification matches the client request or client documentation
- Send/ collect the samples to or from the workshop
- Set up a good storage place and system to track samples
- Proper labeling and storage of samples from Customers
- Prepare sample to be returned - wrap and pack samples
- Liaise with Test Dept to consolidate tested specimens for return to Customers
- Other ad-hoc duties as required by the head of department

**2. Secondary Duties (as Driver)**

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Have a class 3 Driving license
- Have at least 1 year of relevant working experience
- Preferably with a forklift license (added advantage but not compulsory)
- A keen learner with good communication skills
- Customer-orientated and attentive to details
- Able to multitask and work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Can-do attitude (willing to go the extra mile in fulfilling the assigned task)
- Tidy and organized

Pay: From $2,800.00 per month

- WSQ Operate Forklift (preferred)
- Class 3 Driving Licence (required)
