Job Responsibilities/Requirements:
As an **API Developer,** you are part of the Agile team to work with the Product Owner and other component developers to support the M1 Amazon Connect cloud contact centre solution. By understanding the integration requirements, you shall design and develop the codes according to the system framework.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze, design, develop and implement robust interfaces to integrate a variety of systems and technologies to solve business problems and create scalable solutions
- Responsible for programming and software development using various programming languages and related tools and frameworks, reviewing code written by other programmers, requirement gathering, bug fixing, testing, documenting, and implementation
- Communicate with technical team members and technical lead via an appropriate channel for proper understanding of requirements and reporting of progress in development
- Working knowledge of on-premise/cloud-based infrastructures, SDLC pipelines, and deployments/configurations and definition/evangelism of best practices/standards
- Test and improve APIs to ensure quality response time, reliability, correct record counts, and data accuracy
- Provide feedback and technical guidance to achieve business objectives

**Job Requirements**:

- Experience in designing and creating robust and secure RESTful Web API and Microservices
- Strong understanding of one or more of the following languages and frameworks: Javascript, Java, Node.JS, relational and non-relational databases
- Strong knowledge of HTTP, REST, and JSON are crucial
- Understand various API specification standards like Open API, RAML
- Familiarity with working in agile methodology and using tools CI/CD such as Gitlab, JIRA, and Confluence
- Experience with Mulesoft or similar API management or API Gateway product is a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Services is a plus
- Good interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a dynamics workplace
