**Senior Marketing Manager (APAC)**

**SUMMARY**
- Our client is seeking a Marketing Manager, APAC, responsible for leading the marketing communication strategy for their business units in Asia Pacific, with the strategic objective of deepening client relationships and achieving business goals and growth ambitions.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Define the marketing strategy, plans and activities to meet business unit(s) growth strategies.
- Develop marketing communications budget for business units.
- Interpreting business needs, consulting division leaders and client management heads, and influencing decisions to select the most effective communication tactics to meet specific business or marketing objectives.
- Lead marketing projects and coordinate (internal and external) resources to deliver high quality, innovative marketing solutions on-time and within budget.
- Develop marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, advertisements, videos, presentations and digital content targeted to clients and prospects.
- Manage and coordinate marketing activities within event strategies to fulfil business needs in terms of generating prospects, spending quality time with clients, and providing strong visibility
- Collaborate with the company’s marketing experts to create and manage digital campaigns and analytics to effectively convey core messages.
- Ensure that all marketing programs, promotions and activities are tracked and measured to determine their ROI and success.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- A University degree preferably in Digital Media, Marketing, Business Administration
- 10+ years' experience (or equivalent) of proven expertise in marketing, including in financial services roles in Asia Pacific/Singapore/SE Asia
- Outstanding leadership, interpersonal and relationship building skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels and across a diverse set of backgrounds
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to influence
- Stamina, a commitment to high quality work that can be delivered under pressure and strong attention to detail
- Confidence to navigate ambiguity and collaborate across all hierarchical levels in a matrix environment and work under evolving deadlines
