Staff Nurse (Kids Program) - Contract

**Job Description**:
KIDS 0-3 is an integrated health and social care home visiting service, managed by a multi-disciplinary team to enable mothers and children of economically disadvantaged families to receive universal care and support.

You will perform the key worker role by providing emotional support, information and advice, antenatal, postnatal and infant care to clients at clinics, wards and home visits. You will collaborate closely with members of the team including external agencies to facilitate efficient care and coordination for clients and their infants.

Job Requirements

**Requirements**:

- Degree / Diploma in Nursing
- Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
- Post-basic qualification in Midwifery or Paediatrics (e.g. Post-basic Certificate/Advanced Diploma/Postgraduate Diploma) preferred
- At least 2 years’ working experience as a Staff Nurse
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- An independent team player with excellent organisational skills
