- As a Product Manager, you will be leading a multi-disciplinary product development team that builds and delivers a robust and intelligent product that supports our analysts and leaders alike in data driven analysis and decision-making. You will be working closely with design and engineering teams, and are expected to collaborate with other product teams to plan and manage lifecycles of products to further our goals in designing and delivering products that meets mission needs.
**Responsibilities**:
- Define your product vision, roadmap and release strategies by engaging key stakeholders and working with fellow product managers in the unit. Work closely with UX designers to continuously refine the user’s journey map, leverage deep user insights to enhance and deliver features with increasing value proposition.
- Work closely with engineering managers and agile development teams to prioritize product backlogs to ensure clarity of technical developmental needs.
- Engage users and stakeholders regularly to keep abreast of mission needs and define product metrics to enable the monitoring and advancing of product performances.
- Partner data scientists to experiment, design and build in analytics within products to enrich product’s value and user experiences.
- Manage and develop your team’s careers
- Manage technology and organisational resources for team’s product development needs.
**Requirements (Minimum Qualifications)**:
- Proven record of accomplishment in digital product management with at least 3+ years of experience
- Demonstrated abilities to lead effective teams
- Excellent verbal as well as written communication and presentation skills
- Positive attitude and excellent teamwork
- Passionate, empathetic, and self-driven
