**ROLE DESCRIPTION**:
- The primary purpose of the Solution Sales Executive (SSE) is to achieve their overall revenue goal by providing solution advisory to HR organizations in Singapore.
- Engage and influence customers to ensure they are building their internal case for change, stakeholder mapping is qualified at every stage of the deal.
- Identify through deep value discovery, qualify opportunities, develop and drive customer strategy with expert advisory.
- In order to achieve this goal, the SSE must create a complete territory business plan that generates at least 4x their quota in pipeline opportunity at the start of each year.
- The SSE works in lock step with their virtual account team from Industry and Customer Advisory (ICA), Industry Sales and Services Sales to build the customer case for change, secure sponsorship and qualify at each stage of the deal.
- The SSE is expected to provide accurate weekly forecast and reflect clear updates for each opportunity in CRM.
- Conduct internal knowledge transfer meetings to review the business case, vision to value proposal, expected success outcome and ROI, possible risks, implementation plans and the customer stakeholders to the Customer Engagement & Experience teams to ensure smooth and effective sales to service transitions.
- For ongoing account maintenance and planning, the SSE is expected to develop the growth strategy, identifying target solutions in order to bring the relevant new HR innovations to customers.
- Collaborating closely with local and regional system integrators (SI), the SSE ensures clear joint business values are received by customers
**EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS**:
- Works with the Sales Manager and team to develop and execute programs to drive pipeline & close deals.
- Works with the Local and Regional Virtual Account Team (VAT) to educate target accounts on the solution set and conducts account planning for strategic deals.
- Works to uncover and run new, upsell and renewal sales cycles based opportunities as directed by the Regional Sales Lead.
- Works with VAT team on sales campaigns.
- Leads efforts to establish, develop, and expand market share and revenue attainment within Singapore.
- Works to attain various sales objectives related to securing new business opportunities within** **Singapore.
- Works with Partners to maximize value to Mid-market accounts.
- Follows sales best practices securing repeatable and expansive opportunities across Singapore.
- Ensure timely and effective sales to service handover at the close of each sales pursuit.
**WORK EXPERIENCE**:
- 5-10+ years of experience selling business software and/or IT solutions
- Experience partnering successfully with solution system integrators
- Experience selling to CXOs
- Proven track record in target achievement in Singapore.
