**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Design and Development:
Develop detailed 2D and 3D CAD models based on engineering specifications and customer requirements.

Create CAM programs for CNC machines to ensure the efficient and precise production of components.

**Process Optimization**:
Analyze and improve existing manufacturing processes to enhance production efficiency, reduce cycle time, and maintain high-quality standards.

Work closely with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve any manufacturing issues related to CAD CAM processes.

**Collaboration and Communication**:
Collaborate with the design, engineering, and production teams to ensure seamless integration of CAD CAM processes into the manufacturing workflow.

Liaise with customers and suppliers to understand specific requirements and provide technical support when necessary.

**Quality Assurance**:
Perform thorough quality checks on final products to ensure they meet the required specifications and standards.

Continuously monitor and adjust CAD CAM programs to maintain optimal production quality.

Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate documentation of all CAD CAM activities, including design changes, program adjustments, and process improvements.

Provide regular reports on production efficiency, quality control, and any issues encountered during the manufacturing process.

**Qualifications**:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in CAD CAM programming and CNC machining in a manufacturing environment.

Proficiency in CAD CAM software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Mastercam, or similar.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and machining techniques.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Skills**:
Experience with precision engineering and the production of high-precision components.

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices.

Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.
