**Responsibilities**:
Based in our Singapore HQ, our Campaigns & Onsite Marketing team oversees the following across all 3 markets we are in (SG, AU, US): campaigns, content, onsite & personalisation, online merchandising, and customer retention.

To optimise conversation rates, this role will see a cross-functional collaboration with different teams such as Creative, Product Management and Tech (to name a few) to implement personalisation and A/B testing strategies, as well as launch new onsite features. Your responsibilities are listed below:

- Define and implement Castlery’s personalisation strategy and roadmap.
- Introduce and launch new features to improve customers’ shopping experience.
- Own the A/B testing roadmap that covers all onsite marketing touchpoints.
- Collaborate and support the product team in evaluating the effectiveness of other new features through A/B testing.
- Oversee and be accountable for content management on our personalisation platform.
- Build monthly and quarterly reports to uncover actionable insights.
- Manage weekly, quarterly, and yearly onsite marketing performance, and lead deep dives to identify opportunities for optimisation.
- Stay on top of the industry, our competitors, as well as customer behaviour trends to ensure we are always generating new concepts and experience.
**Requirements**:
**Must-Have**
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an e-commerce/digital marketing role.
- Experience in driving conversion rate optimisation.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into insights and actions.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and adjust to changes in priorities in order to balance. short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives.
- Customer-first mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Nice-to-Have**
- Experience with Dynamic Yield, or other personalisation and A/B testing platforms.
- Experience with regional/global markets, especially US.
- Experience managing or mentoring a junior employee.
