**JOB SUMMARY**:
As an analyst, you will play an important role in supporting the Corporate Development team’s projects currently in the pipeline. You will contribute to the evaluation of organic and inorganic growth of the Group by developing proposals, presentation materials, market research, data analytics, financial analysis, building financial models, as well as assisting the corporate development team with other day-to-day responsibilities. You will gain exposure to the Group’s businesses and expanded knowledge of the growing healthcare industry, while developing important analytical skills.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assist in the quantitative and qualitative evaluation of potential investment opportunities and projects across Southeast Asia
- Provide full support in financial analysis, financial modelling, due diligence and valuations for M&A projects
- Deliver research on the industry and on private companies
- Support in the evaluation and execution of new business ventures
- Help to identify new healthcare business models and disruptive technology trends by researching existing business models
- Work with various cross functional teams and manage internal stakeholders
- Assist in preparation of strategic plan, business plan, and board materials

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- A good university degree in Business, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- Good understanding of financial statements and accounting
- 1-2 years of working experience in corporate finance / Big 4 advisory / consulting firms.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
- A team player that is self-driven, responsive, positive attitude and collaborate across multiple stakeholders
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple assignments concurrently while prioritizing the duties assigned
- Strong communication, quantitative and analytical skills, with attention to detail
- Resourceful and strong in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Interest in healthcare sector and businesses

**WHAT WE OFFER**:
You’ll work closely with the senior management team at headquarter and at entities level. You will be part of the Corporate Development team and will report to the Head of Corporate Development. You will be contributing to high-priority group initiatives and projects. You’ll gain a holistic understanding of the healthcare industry and develop all-rounded skillset which includes business intelligence, financial modelling, M&A, financial analysis, etc.
