**The Role**:
At WWF-Singapore, we believe that the key to achieving our conservation goals is through building strong and long-lasting relationships with our supporters. Hence we are seeking a highly motivated Supporter Marketing & Retention Manager/Senior Manager to join our Individual Fundraising and Marketing team. This pivotal senior role involves developing and designing strategies to engage and retain our members (donors, volunteers and non-financial supporters) across the entire lifecycle, from acquisition, onboarding, activation, retention to reactivation.

Your main objective will be to lead a team of up to 4 people to deliver a world-class supporter experience and grow WWF-Singapore’s lifecycle engagement program, leading to increased donor lifetime value and improved volunteer and supporter relationships.

**Major Duties and Responsibilities**

**Strategy**:

- Develop and implement individual fundraising marketing and retention strategies that prioritize achieving a measurable ROI to engage and retain financial and non-financial supporters across the entire supporter lifecycle
- Build and manage budgets for supporter engagement and retention activities in line with objectives and KPIs, reporting income and expenditure to the HoD and highlighting variances in a timely manner
- Foster an understanding of conservation and sustainability knowledge through WWF’s projects and work with other teams to integrate such knowledge into strategies and implementations that have an impact on conservation

**Lifecycle Supporter Marketing & Retention**:

- Utilise data and research to build insight, define different segments and tailor communications accordingly to different supporter segments through various channels and provide personalized experiences for each identified audience
- Develop a comprehensive strategy for impact communications and journey automations, to effectively communicate the organization’s achievements and conservation impact to donors, supporters and volunteers,, with the aim of driving engagement, retention, and ultimately, support for the organization’s mission.
- Ensure that all impact communications are aligned with the organization’s brand and messaging
- Ensure holistic engagement with all supporter segments, leading to effective cultivation and calls to action
- Contribute to building an active community of volunteers which are able to assist in campaigns, programmes and events as part of engagement plans
- Plan, implement and host events and physical for the benefit of retaining supporters
- Design welcome packs and other donor recognition gifts that align with the WWF-Singapore brand and values and contribute to a positive supporter experience
- Ensure that good stewardship and donor delight are at the forefront of everything that we do from the first interaction with the donor onwards, by collaborating with acquisition teams to deliver welcome and recognition plans
- Develop and maintain relationships with supporters to deepen engagement and increase engagement and giving levels

**Required Qualifications, Skills and Competencies**
- Degree or equivalent experience in a fundraising, marketing, sales and/or stewardship role
- Minimum of 5 years (Manager) and 7 years (Senior Manager) in relevant marketing and fundraising with minimum of 2 years of experience managing and developing a team
- Basic knowledge of a CRM tool (preferably Raiser’s Edge or Salesforce) is highly desirable but not required
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with supporters, donors, vendors, and present projects to internal senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to use data to inform strategy and decision-making
