Roles & Responsibilities

Our Client, Training industry, has an opportunity for a dynamic individual to join the team as an** **Administrator**

**Responsibilities**:

- Prompt respond and follow-up on customers’ enquiries
- Generate quotation, course registration, confirmation letter, attendance list and billing advice in a timely manner
- Manage and coordinate class bookings to optimize the allocation of training resources
- Training Management System and Website content update and maintenance;
- Assist in producing relevant reports on regular basis to support training performance management
- Support Operations Unit on course delivery matters.
- Support marketing outreach and sales promotion initiatives;
- Market scanning on latest training development and promotion;
- Support in organizing company’s s seminars, events and career road shows
- Assist in tracking and monitoring the performance of outsourcing partners and vendors, to ensure service standards
- Maintain, track and monitor requirements under the training quality management system and audit requirements.
**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma with at least 5 years of working experiences in Education, Human Resource
- Good knowledge of WSQ Competency Framework & Skills Connect system
- Good knowledge of MOM Accreditation Training Providers Scheme or other in-house training scheme
- Supervise and coach junior staff on day-to-day administration and other training operations
- Periodic reviewing of administration effectiveness and resources optimization to meet performance benchmark
- Assist in the implementation of Competency-based training programmes
