**Your Role**
In this role, you’ll champion a premium customer experience, drive sales performance, and ensure smooth daily operations while nurturing and empowering your team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Team Leadership & Development**
- Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team of Beauty Advisors
- Set clear goals and expectations while coaching for growth and development
- Be a strong floor leader and role model for delivering top-tier service
**Sales & Customer Experience**
- Drive sales performance through active selling and KPI management
- Launch new products, support promotional activities, and run CRM initiatives
- Deliver personalized and memorable shopping experiences for every customer
**Store Operations & Visual Merchandising**
- Ensure store presentation and visual merchandising meet brand standards
- Maintain inventory accuracy, manage stock replenishment and testers
- Oversee hygiene, housekeeping, and loss prevention efforts
**Reporting & Business Management**
- Monitor store performance and identify areas for improvement
- Manage store budget, P&L, and cost controlsEnsure operational excellence and compliance with company SOPs and audits
**Requirement**:
- Minimum 3 years of store management experience, ideally in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle retail
- Passionate about beauty, skincare, and premium retail
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building abilities
- Results-oriented, customer-focused, and business-savvyExperience in luxury, beauty, or fashion retail is highly desirable
