Café Natsu is an all-day casual dining concept utilising the best ingredients imported from various regions across Japan. Created by Chef Lewis Barker in collaboration with the Group, it features brunch and lunch favourites with a focus on premium Japanese ingredients, and a sharing style dinner menu tailored around seasonal Japanese produce and best enjoyed with friends or family.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Assist the Outlet Manager to lead daily floor operations and maintain excellent service standards
- Collaborate and lead the team in developing and executing plans to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Generate marketing ideas and business development leads for the outlet
- Manage outlet human resource, training, logistics and administration matters, including rostering and team welfare
- Ensure relevance and up to date training and SOPs, providing training and guidance to new or junior team members
- Champion the maintenance and upkeep of outlet facilities, facilitating maintenance and improvement works where necessary

**To succeed in this role, you should enjoy**:

- Being in the Hospitality/F&B lifestyle scene with preferably 1 year in a junior managerial role and a proven track record of managing sales and operations
- Working and communicating with various departments and external partners
- Keeping things running smoothly, swiftly, and in order
- Pushing boundaries and venturing into the unknown
- Grabbing the bull by its horns, taking challenges head on and not back away
- Having a high level of service standard and understands the importance of the guest experience
