My client, a market leader in the Insurance space, is currently hiring for a Regional Strategy Manager to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with FP&A or Planning and Performance Management experience to move into a Strategy-driven position with high-visibility across APAC.

Key responsibilities:

- Coordinate with APAC leaders to strategize and implement strategic and financial plans across the business, leveraging on market research/competitor insight
- Closely monitor performance of plans and provide insight into gaps and drivers
- Ensure synergy with Group and Head office through engagement with upper management

Key requirements:

- 7+ years of strategy/FP&A/Performance Management experience in the Insurance industry
- Demonstrated experience communicating with stakeholders across the business
