**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle the full spectrum of the Accounts Payable function
- Ensure invoices are properly approved and posted on a timely and accurately manner
- Generate payment on weekly basis
- Review Vendor & Interco reconciliations
- Vendor Master data creation and maintenance
- Generate monthly AP reports and follow up with long outstanding items
- Prepare Withholding tax and GST reports for submission to IRAS
- Liaise with operations and vendors to resolve payment matters
- Assist with GST and Withholding Tax filing
- Attend to queries from external vendors and auditors
- Perform any ad-hoc assignments and projects

**Key Requirements**
- Degree in Accountancy/ Finance or equivalent professional qualification.
- Preferably with AP experience.
- Strong in financial accounting, internal control system and technically competent
- Highly motivated and task oriented
- Meticulous and cautious in completing tasks
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
- Preferably with good knowledge in SAP system
- Work Location: Airfreight Terminal 5
