1. Responsible for the daily management of Financial Dept., Strategic Investment Dept., Business Analysis Dept. and Commerce Dept. of the group.

2. Responsible for the formulation of financial strategy. Compile the company's financial analysis report according to the requirements of the board of directors, and organize the financial preparation of the budget.

3. Participate in the analysis and decision-making of important matters of the company, and provide financial analysis and decision on the basis of the company's operation, business development and foreign cooperation.

4. Carry out overall control of the daily management, annual budget, capital operation of the financial department, etc. Establish a scientific, systematic financial accounting system, monitor system conforming to the actual situation of the enterprise, and effectively carry out internal cost control.

5. Provide advice and decision-making support to the company's major investment, financing, mergers and acquisitions, and other business activities. Participate in the risk assessment, guidance, tracking financial risk control of the company's major investment projects and business activities.

**Requirements**:
2. At least 10+ years working experience in financial management, and at least 3+ years working as the role of CFO in a listed company. Internet industry background will be especially preferred.

3. Strong knowledge in financial analysis, investing and inducing. Familiar with the operation of the capital market.

4. With experience in large-scale company investment mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and project financing, and successfully operated corporate’s listing.
