**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Estimation & Tendering
- Handle Project Quotation
- Quantity take off on Drawing
- To work closely with Sales Team and assist them with Sales coordination when necessary.
- Creating 3D designs for a warehouse and new offices according to the architectural designs
- Attending meetings with clients or with consultants for design changes and other requirements.
- Measure and submit All VO work-done and arrange to achieve the target within the scheduled plans
- Familiar with Auto Cad, Revit (BIM modelling), Sketchup, 3Ds Max Software and Basic Photoshop.
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when required
**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Min 2 years of relevant working experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/ Autocad/ Revit
- 5 days work week
- Transport provided at Yew Tee MRT
