As a business development manager you will be responsible for:
- Creating a pipeline of opportunities for energy advisory work to support revenue targets
- Developing social media content and creating external marketing material to ensure the brand is accurately represented
- Attending and presenting at conferences and other venues to promote GaffneyCline’s activities.
- Providing direct input from a strategic, commercial or technical perspective across a wide range of petroleum sector projects.
- Partnering with Marketing to perform market industry research and analysis, competitive assessments, and customer/market segmentation to identify new growth platforms and opportunities
- Presenting Baker Hughes & GaffneyCline to potential clients with particular emphasis on new business development as well as developing business solutions for existing clients
- Providing direct input to a wide range of petroleum sector projects
- Building long-term strategic relationships with key customers and markets to develop partnerships and opportunities
**Fuel your passion**
To be successful in this role you will:
- Demonstrate a considerable track record of sales experience with working knowledge of the upstream, midstream, downstream and LNG sectors
- Have experience working at an International or independent Oil company in a technical or commercial capacity
- Be familiar with the of process of evaluating Reserves and Resources
- Have and understanding of joint venture structures, farm in/farm out transactions and M&A
- Have a sound working knowledge of the concept of the Energy Transition
- Have established industry contacts and network within major mining organizations such as SPE, SPEE, AIPN, etc.
- Be agile enough to work both tactically and strategically flexing with the needs of the business and market
- Have oral and written communication skills in English and a popular language of India
