The Receptionist at the Family Service Centre (FSC) is the first point of contact, responsible for creating a welcoming environment, handling inquiries, managing appointments, and supporting the centres administrative tasks.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Front Desk Management**
- Greet clients and visitors warmly and professionally.
- Address inquiries about services and direct visitors accordingly.
**Correspondence Handling**
- Handle deliveries and distribute correspondence.
**Appointment Scheduling**
- Maintain staff contact list and meeting room bookings.
- Coordinate staff appointments.
**Administrative Support**
- Provide support with filing, data entry, photocopying, and maintain client records in compliance with confidentiality policies.
- Prepare and distribute materials and assist with meeting room setups.
**Facility Management**
- Keep reception tidy and stocked with supplies.
- Monitor office equipment and arrange maintenance when needed.
- GCE O Level or NITEC in Business Admin Services.
- 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
