**What you will be doing**
- Manage and support the incident management process.
- Responding to a reported service incident, identifying the cause, and initiating the incident management process.
- Prioritizing incidents according to their urgency and influence on the business.
- Producing documents that outline incident protocols, creating SOP, and step-by-step scenario handling for the team to follow.
- Collaborating with the incident management team to ensure that all protocols are diligently followed.
- Logging all incidents and their resolution to see if there are recurring malfunctions.
- Adjusting the incident management process as required to ensure its effectiveness.
- Communicating with development or product stakeholders on major issues is found in the code.
- Managing the incident team members by receiving escalations, re-assigning workloads, and re-scheduling non-urgent tasks.

**What we are looking for**
- Good foundation knowledge in frontend implementation of ReactJS, Angular, and or similar technologies
- Good experience building REST APIs and understanding of the REST architecture constraints.
- Previous exposure in Object-Oriented Programming languages such as GoLang, PHP, C++, JavaScript, Python
- Good written and verbal communication skills, able to explain clearly and concisely in thought process
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
