Singapore CHAMP CLEANING SERVICES PTE. LTD. Full time

Monday to Saturday
- Monitor and manage cleaning services and teams
- Able to multi-task and cover manpower if needed

(required to do hands-on cleaning work).
- Work together with the team lead for daily deployment of available manpower for next-day arrangements.
- Daily visit to each site for inspection, ensure onsite standards of cleanliness work quality and meet the requirements of clients.

(Office Handphone + Monthly Transportation Allowance will be provided)
- Manage client’s complaints/feedback
- Cleaning schedule and coordination with the Team lead.
- Ensure cleaning teams for the safety measures during cleaning operations, and perform risk, assessment onsite.
- Guide team to respond accordingly to incidents and emergencies
- Raise requests for purchases of materials and equipment for the site
- Maintain stock of supplies of materials and equipment

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- At least 1 year of working experience in the same or similar cleaning industry.
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple and complex tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player and able to manage a team well and able to work independently.
- Able to speak basic Mandarin Chinese & English and communicate with the elderly cleaners
- **MUST HAVE A Good personality, Good working attitude, Punctuality and Good Attendance
- Problem solver with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
