Job summary:
Greater Asia Communications Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to provide leadership for the company's continued expansion and next phase of growth. This role will encompass all aspects of the company's current and future operations, with a focus on its long-term goals of growth, profitability, and return on investment.

Role Responsibilities

Strategy
- Work with the Board of Directors and key stake holders to grow the business by evaluating and taking on new projects, and establishing new plans and policies
- Make high level decisions on company's operations and strategic plan
- Develop the company's corporate culture and strategic vision. Promote a work environment that encourages hard work, good team work and innovation by creating suitable incentive plans
- Identify new opportunities for the company. Build networks and partnerships with other companies in order to drive future business.

Operations
- Oversee the company's financial activity including budgeting, reporting, accounting and auditing
- Manage day to day operations of the business
- Assist with HR operations and recruit new company staff when needed
- Ensure proper risk management is conducted for all business activities, make sure company adheres to all local and international regulations where the company conducts business
- Monitor compliance and make sure legal and regulatory documents are filed in a timely manner
- Establish standard operating procedures are in place to comply with company policies.
- Liase with various project managers to ensure the completion of deliverables on time and on budget.
- Be proactive in identifying problems and resolving them ahead of time.

**Requirements**:

- At least 10 years’ relevant experience in an executive leadership position such as Vice President or Director
- Ability to analyze IT projects, investment projects or others from a cash flow and profitability standpoint. Previous experience in finance or accounting in this area, or with financial modelling.
- Bachelors Degree in Economics, Business Management, Finance or equivalent, MBA preferred.
- Some overtime or weekend work may be necessary due to tight project deadlines
