**Job Scope**:
Develop and implement front-end web code where appropriate to launch interactive tools and apps benefiting the acquisition growth team's goals

Represent Tech in a cross-functional team (Marketing, Product, Data Science) to build clear hypothesis and craft experiments for growth in acquisition.

Analyze data (clicks, conversion rates, downloads etc.), recommend and implementation of improvement initiatives

Propose new initiatives and test new approaches to attract and convert leads

Conduct A/B testing Identify industry trends, parents behavior and insights to drive leads

Create and implement of a wide variety of Web-based products using PHP, JavaScript, MySQL and jQuery

Develop new functionalities on existing software product

Maintaining existing codebase include troubleshooting bugs

Responsible for coding and testing of customer system on the required programming languages and tools

Responsible for successful completion of code deliverables within the project's timeline for both front end and back end web development

**Job Requirements**:
Proficient in English

Prior experience in a growth role preferred

Experience in A/B testing and experiments

Open-minded, curious and a strong problem solver

Strong attention to detail, organization and time management

Has a high level of bias for action and speed of execution

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or any related technology field is preferred

Solid understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3 - Knowledge of PHP Frameworks, SOAP/REST, XML/JSON

Able to deliver on time

Ability to adapt and have flexibility within a high-growth organization

Hunger for continuous learning and professional development
