As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting and serving exceptional cocktails and beverages, providing guests with a memorable and enjoyable drinking experience. Your creativity, expertise in mixology, and passion for hospitality will be essential in elevating our bar program and delighting our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cocktail Creation and Preparation**:Design innovative and delicious cocktail recipes that showcase a variety of flavors, ingredients, and techniques.
Prepare cocktails and beverages with precision, consistency, and attention to detail, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
Stay updated on current trends in mixology and beverage culture, experimenting with new ingredients and techniques to continually enhance our drink menu.
- **Customer Service**:Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service to guests, engaging with them to understand their preferences and recommend suitable cocktails.
Offer personalized recommendations and create custom cocktails based on guest preferences and taste profiles.
Maintain a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere at the bar, fostering positive interactions and building rapport with customers.
- **Bar Operations**:Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar, including proper storage of ingredients, utensils, and glassware.
Monitor inventory levels of spirits, mixers, garnishes, and other bar supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of hazardous materials and compliance with sanitation protocols.
- **Collaboration and Training**:Collaborate with the bar manager and other team members to develop and update the drink menu, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer feedback.
Share knowledge and expertise with fellow staff members, providing training and guidance on cocktail preparation techniques and best practices.
Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, encouraging creativity and innovation among the bar team.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a high-volume bar or restaurant, with a strong focus on craft cocktails and mixology.
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wines, and other alcoholic beverages, as well as cocktail recipes and preparation techniques.
- Creativity and passion for mixology, with a demonstrated ability to develop unique and inventive cocktail creations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to engage with guests and create memorable experiences.
- Attention to detail and proficiency in multitasking, especially during busy periods.

**Education**:

- Formal training in mixology, bartending, or a related field is preferred but not required. Relevant experience and demonstrated expertise in crafting exceptional cocktails are highly valued.
