In your new role you will:
- **Observe FI Operation Center**in ticket handling process **from creation to resolution**through interviews with factories end users, IT service desk and FI Backend Operation center.
- **Facilitate incident management**, automate issue troubleshooting with self-remediation where possible.
- **Provide digital conversation with end user**s to answer simple user inquiries and maintain.
- **Update knowledge base**with up-to-date information for system troubleshooting.
**Internship learning outcomes**:
- IT Service Management Framework/
- Neural Networks, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLM).
- Work with various functional teams.IT service desk, Factory users, Operation support team across multiple locations.
**Your Profile**
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor in Electrical & Electronic / Mechanical / Computer Engineering.
- Need to have analytical and inquisitive mindset.
- Knowledge of ChatGPT Technology, programming skills in NLP/LLM/Python/R-programming.Preferably knowledge in System Design Thinking.
