**Castlery is looking for a Merchandising Intern to join the Merchandiser Team**

As an Merchandising Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting Castlery's e-commerce growth efforts across the US. Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll collaborate closely with the team to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently and that customers have an exceptional experience with us.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Work closely with vendors to confirm Proforma Invoices, ensuring that all order details such as pricing, quantities, and delivery terms are accurate.
- Actively follow up with vendors to monitor the production status of products, ensuring manufacturing aligns with agreed timelines.
- Maintain effective communication with vendors and logistics teams, track shipment progress.
- Support the buying team by ensuring the timely delivery of samples.
- Assist the buying team in preparing payment documents, ensuring all related paperwork is accurate, compliant, and aligned with company policies for approval and processing.

**What you'll need**:

- Fluent English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suit (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently

**Internship Details**
- Starting date: March 2025
- Duration: Minimum 6 months
- Days per week: 4.5 to 5 days
