**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring high-quality results and exceptional customer service.
- Strong collaboration skills, partnering effectively with Engineering and Laboratory teams to complete projects on time and with precision.
- **Expertise in analyzing unique testing needs and performing product safety and electrical performance testing.**:

- **Experience in Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) testing or familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025 standards is preferred.**:

- Skilled at coaching and mentoring junior laboratory staff.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers.
- Innovative, creative, and team-oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to incorporate automation into testing processes.
