Based in Singapore and reporting to the Subtitle Operations Manager, this Intern, Content & Subtitle Operations role will be supporting the team on the execution of content lifecycle management.

**Responsibilities**:
- Support the launch of Chinese language contents on Viki including:
- Download and organize assets received from content partners to share them with other stakeholders- Prepare video, subtitle and other related assets to meet Viki launch schedule- Carry out video, subtitle and scripts delivery to volunteer subtitling teams, contractors and vendors- Perform various operational tasks to ensure quality viewing experience on Viki:
- Input content metadata into the content management system- Fix video and subtitle-related issues- Document work to track contents launched- Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by Content & Subtitle Operations team

**Requirements**:
- Fluent in English and Chinese for working on Mandarin-language contents.- Experience in video editing tools e.g. Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, etc.- Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office- Familiarity with subtitling tools is a plus- Be able to commit immediately for at least 6 months, Full time
