**Responsibility**

The Legal Intern will assist the legal team in various assignments which include:

- Reviewing and drafting of contractual documents relating to the trading and business activities of PIMD including but not limited to Sale and Purchase Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements
- Drafting and filing of company secretarial and governance documents
- Undertaking legal research
- Updating and maintaining PIMD's Contracts Register
- Performing KYC checks on prospective business partners for PIMD
- Providing broad legal support to the Legal Team proper administration of corporate and administration functions
- Assisting in the development of PIMD's systems, policies and guides on legal and regulatory issues performing ad hoc tasks as requested by the supervising Counsel

**Requirements**:

- A Law undergraduate with strong academic track record
- Excellent written and spoken english to review day to day international legal documents
- Effective team player with strong organisational, time management and communication skills
- Adaptability and willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic and motivation
- Attention to details
