**Responsibilities**- Manage the Cell operations and facilities to meet the Company’s contractual and regulatory obligations-
- Satisfy commitments to refurbish components and parts to agreed quality, cost and TRT, in compliance with legal requirements and the Company’s policies-
- Establish and maintain the Cell suitable to the task and staffed with competent individuals who are adequately trained and whose accountabilities and objectives are clearly defined-
- Identify and propose the level of resources, technology and investment in the Cell as required, enabling the Cell to sustain and grow in its capability and capacity to achieve planned objectives-
- Ensure achievement of Quality objectives and promoting an environment that encourages Continuous Improvement-
- Ensure the necessary airworthiness data is available for the task being performed-
- Assume technical responsibility for the Cell and staff in it-
- Control, administer, and allocate duties to all staff under his/her work area-
- Ensure that work areas and equipment are risk assessed and hazards and control measures are communicated to the staff in the areas of responsibilities-
- Take all reasonable practicable measures to ensure the safety and health of the employees in the areas of responsibilities, example (not exhaustive), adequate instruction, information, training and supervision are provided, follow-up on corrective and preventive actions, adequate resources, investigate incidents**Requirements**:

- Diploma or higher
- Preferably with Plasma/ Heat Treatment / Coating experience
