**Job Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Undertake research and development of EEG and eye tracking interfaces for BECI system inputs and signal integration and processing
- Develop experimental setup and procedural designs for data gathering and monitoring of selected ATCO cognitive and visual behavior and engagement.
- You will perform Data Analysis and Parameter Identification aimed at unearthing novel situational awareness relationships and signatures (focus and spatial).
- Develop Model Prototyping used to evaluate the situational awareness of a participant during various operational conditions

**Job Requirements**:Education Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Aeronautics, Aviation or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience in Air Traffic Control / Operations will be an added advantage
- Publication in peer-reviewed conferences and/or Journals related to Air Traffic Control or related to neurophysiological / neuroscience / human factors / computational science would be an advantage
- Good English writing and communication skills (required)
