We’re looking for empathetic stars to join our Concierge team to manage our Corporate clients and partner relationships. The role is a coordination and liaison role where you will ensure the clients’ complete experience with Rydelimo.
**Responsibilities**
- Be part of the team to develop Rydelimo into the #1 Top Chauffeur Service Experience company in Asia
- Liaise and work with our Japan Counterparts and Japanese clients in Singapore
- Be the first point of contact for Clients and partners and address/resolve any inquiries
- Ensure all bookings flow in the system
- Coordinate with Partners on Vehicle and Car details and oversee the jobs to ensure Partners job execution
- Manage ongoing communication and regular updates with fleet partners in the region
- Drive growth for Rydelimo through conversions on any leads through the communication platform
- Troubleshoot issues for Clients
- Be vigilant to spot risks, security, or fraud issues throughout the contact with the concerned user and alert management as required
- Build knowledge about Rydelimo and the limousine industry and aim for continuous improvements to make us stronger
- Monitor competitive landscape
- Monitor ROI and KPIs
**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma
- 1-3 years of professional experience
- Japanese speaking to deal with Japanese clients
- Deep customer empathy
- Strong bias towards action
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
- Problem solver with a growth mindset
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Automotive / eCommerce / car rental / tech industry / customer service experience
- Experience in support channels is an added advantage
- Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours, including after-hours and weekends to best serve our clients
- Can thrive under stress and mínimal supervision
- Travel may be required
Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
