**Business Development Executive**

Our Financial Advisory company is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to support the agency leader.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute on marketing strategies such as social media campaigns and events to generate sales leads and grow the business.
- Manage and track client correspondence and maintain client records.
- Monitor and track sales team performance, providing constructive feedback and support as needed.
- Assist with internal communications, team dynamics, and facilitate the development of a positive and productive work environment.
- Liaise with relevant vendors and agencies to ensure seamless operations and business growth.
- Assist with agency recruitment activities when needed.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma or Degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Fresh grads are welcome to apply.
- Proven experience in a similar role, supporting senior level management in a fast-paced environment will be an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
