**Job Requirements**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Create detailed 3D models and 2D drawings using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Siemens NX).
- Perform engineering calculations, simulations, and analyses (e.g., FMEA, DFM, thermal analysis) to ensure product performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with electrical engineers, software developers, and manufacturing teams to integrate mechanical designs with other system components.
- Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies for industrial PLC products.
- Develop and maintain design documentation, including specifications, test plans, and reports.
- Participate in prototype development, testing, and validation of mechanical designs.
- Ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., UL, CE, RoHS/REACH) with support from the approval department.
- Manage BOM creation and maintenance within the PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) system.

**Work Experience**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in mechanical design, preferably in the industrial automation or electronics industry.
- Highly proficient in Computer Aided Design and Engineering (High ProE proficiency required, Solid Works, Unigraphics and Auto-CAD are good for supplemental experience), to model into 2D/3D/Assembly as mandatory requirement in mechanical design process
- Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes (e.g., plastic molding, metal injection molding, sheet metal fabrication).
- Experience with thermal management, vibration analysis, and structural integrity of electronic enclosures.
