**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Role Description:
This Position nurtures and educates pre-schoolers and even infants, by giving them opportunities to develop intelligence at a young age. The individual implements different educational programmes the school has to offer
- Specific Responsibilities:
1.The Trainee shall prepare and implement the programs and age-appropriate teaching aids. The Trainee will Plan, supervise and deliver the program in accordance with the policies, guidelines, frameworks of the Company
- 2.The Trainee shall Complete the progress reports of the children for each semester and prepare a developmental portfolio for every child
- 3.The Trainee shall meet the student's parents to address any concerns. The Trainee shall also regularly keep in close communication with the parents
- 4.The Trainee shall be responsible for the upkeeping of teaching resources, arrangement, appearance, decorations, and learning environment of the classroom.
- 5.The Trainee shall be responsible for all aspects of classroom management and carry out routine care duties to ensure safety and hygiene of the children
- 6.The Trainee shall Identify behavioural problems and developing appropriate strategies to address them. The Trainee shall also use positive discipline techniques at all times.

4. Duration of Traineeships: 6 months

5. Approved Training Allowance: Fresh Graduates - $2,500, Non-mature Mid-career Individuals - $2,500, Mature Mid-Career Individuals - $2,500

6. Education Qualifications Required for the Traineeship Role Under SGUnited Traineeship:
This position is open for both recent graduates and mid-career individuals (mature and non-mature). Graduates interested in this position should possess a Degree and above Qualification. Mid-career individuals from any qualification level can apply.
