We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic telemarketer to join our financial services team. As a telemarketer in the financial sector, you will be responsible for engaging potential clients over the phone to promote and sell our financial products and services. Your primary goal will be to generate leads, schedule appointments, and effectively communicate the value and benefits of our financial offerings to potential customers.

**Job Details**:

- Working Location: Tampines
- Working Hours/Days: Flexible working hours
- Working Salary: $10-$15/hour + attractive incentives

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads or cold calling lists.
- Introduce and explain our financial products and services to potential customers in a compelling and informative manner.
- Build rapport and establish a relationship with clients to understand their financial needs and goals.
- Schedule appointments or follow-ups for financial advisors.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.

**Job Requirements**:

- Min O levels or higher. Students are welcome to apply.
- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the financial industry.
- Excellent communication skills with a clear and persuasive phone manner.
- Ability to handle rejection and objections professionally and positively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
