**Responsibilities**:
**Procurement & Vendor Management**:

- Source and manage suppliers for components, products, and services in line with company requirements and the timely delivery of goods.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors.

**Supply Chain Operations**:

- Coordinate with internal departments (R&D, production, and finance) to align supply chain operations with business objectives.
- Ensure smooth logistics and transportation, working with external partners to manage the distribution and delivery of products.

**Compliance & Risk Management**:

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards, especially in medical and consumer product categories.
- Identify potential supply chain risks and work on mitigation strategies.

**Process Improvement**:

- Evaluate existing supply chain processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and cost savings.
- Implement best practices in supply chain management, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals.

**Data Management & Reporting**:

- Track key supply chain metrics and prepare regular reports for management review.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and supplier details in the Auto-count and BLM system.
- Handle QMS system, not limited to SCM department.

**Collaboration & Communication**:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, finance, and production, to ensure alignment between supply chain activities and overall business objectives.
