We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Baker and Sales Assistant (full-time / part-time) to join our team. This dual role combines the art of baking with excellent customer service, allowing you to showcase your baking skills while interacting with customers and enhancing their shopping experience.

**Key Responsibilities:
**Baking Duties**:

- Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure the highest quality and presentation of all baked products.
- Monitor baking schedules and inventory levels, making adjustments as necessary to meet demand.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the baking area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Experiment with new recipes and contribute to product development based on customer feedback.

**Sales Assistance**:

- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service, assisting them with their selections and answering questions about products.
- Maintain knowledge of all bakery items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to make informed recommendations.
- Assist in merchandising bakery displays to attract customers and promote special offers.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card payments.
- Keep the sales area clean and organized, ensuring that products are well-stocked and presented.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous baking experience, preferably in a retail or commercial bakery setting.
- Customer service experience with strong communication skills.
- Passion for baking and a good understanding of various baking techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
