**About Us**
Café Lodge is a contemporary café offering a unique blend of local heritage comfort food and Western favourites in a relaxing, family-friendly environment. Known for our signature Claypot Laksa, Black Vinegar Pork Trotters, and Western delights like Linguine with Beef Tenderloin and Vietnamese Beef Pho — we aim to serve hearty meals with warm, memorable service.
**What You’ll Do**
As part of our F&B service team, you'll help create exceptional dining experiences for our guests by delivering warm hospitality and attentive service.
**Responsibilities**:
- Set up dining area and ensure stations are fully stocked.
- Greet and seat guests in a courteous manner.
- Take accurate food & drink orders and confirm with guests.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Clear tables after each course and attend to guest requests.
- Ensure accurate billing and handle payment transactions.
- Assist in other service areas when needed.
- Perform other duties assigned by the management team.
**Who We’re Looking For**
- Minimum **N Level**; **NITEC in F&B Operations** preferred.
- Able to work **shifts, weekends, and public holidays**.
- Friendly, customer-focused, and a good team player.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about providing great service.
