**Annex A: Job Description**
Work with team to ensure successful outcome of events and communication strategies. The goal is to organise creative campaigns and meaningful events that will ensure the entertainment of participants and facilitate the completion of the Association's objectives.
Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
**Events**
- Assist the General Manager and Reporting Officer to meet the team's Key Performance Indicators (KPls)
- Plan and organise events such as seminars, workshops, webinars, Industry Networking Night, Golf Tournament, Futsal Tournament, Anniversary Gala Dinner, Lohei Dinner, Anniversary Dinners, Annual General Meeting (AGM) & etc and garner participation from members
- Generate post-event write up of the assigned events
- Compile and analyse feedback from events
- Independently explore and facilitate collaborations with other Trade Associations and Chambers (TACs) and partners
- Handle industry projects and initiatives
- Support Overseas Missions
- Handling of production of ASPRI’s Corporate video
**Communications**
- Assist in the publication of Year in Review (YIR), Directory of Singapore Process and Chemical Industries
- Handling the end to end production of ASPRI Calendar
- Strengthen and maintain social presence in platforms such as, Linkedin, WhatsApp and Telegram including creating and posting relevant, quality content to engage various stakeholders
- Maintain ASPRI website in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in the conceptualising, design and production of marketing collaterals, circulars, posters, etc
- Maintain records of news pertaining to the Process Industry
- Evaluate results of the marketing and communication activities and prepare monthly report for internal analysis
- Dissemination of timely industry related news to members through circulars and eDM
**Information Technology /IT)**
- Assist in the development, maintaining of IT infrastructure and renewal of IT related subscriptions and solutions for ASPRI Secretariat
**Admin**
- Write Minutes of meeting, facilitate meetings and prepare meeting materials including presentation slides
- Develop and maintain a systematic documentation system
In addition to above, The Management may assigned additional other ad-hoc duties.
**Pre-requisites**
- At least 2 years working experience in a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator & Photoshop) and IT savvy
- Good command of English and meticulous
- Passionate to help member companies
- Friendly and pleasant disposition
- Positive working attitude and willing to take up challenges
- Strong sense of personal accountability, self-driven and motivated
- Organised, independent and has the ability to multi-task
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
