Singapore Infineon Technologies Full time

The student, as part of the Finance team will gain exposure in group financial and statutory reporting. Through financial reporting, the student will gain exposure to various tools and systems (i.e. SAP) to extract and perform analytical review of the month-end financial data. The student will also be involved to review accounting treatments of various accounting topics and support in the preparation month-end accountings schedules, furthermore undertaking projects on workflow automation and process improvement.

In your new role you will:

- **Extract and analyze information from SAP**:

- **Support in month-end Group reporting and year-end statutory financial reporting**:

- Assist to **perform payment and financial health checks**:

- **Review accounting treatments **of various accounting topics
- **Assist in completing local government survey reports**:

- **Support in preparation of the month-end accounting schedules**:

- **Undertake projects to automate workflow and process improvements
Internship learning outcomes:

- **Gain exposure to SAP and accounting tools **and in the course of the project involvement, also be exposed to new tools
- **Enhance soft skills **such as communication, presentation and project management skills by interacting with various stakeholders
- **Have better understanding of the financial reporting as well as accounting standards **and how it applies to financial numbers
- **Improve in analytical skills **as the students learn to review and understand the link between the numbers to storyline

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- On track to **attain Diploma/ Bachelor/ Masters in Accountancy/ or Finance**:

- Effective communication skills
- Positive work attitudes and willingness to learn
- **Knowledge in SAP/ data analytics software **is also an advantage
