The Role: The Clinical Informatics Executive role focuses on the implementation, process optimisation and clinical support of clinical information systems to optimise patient care.

**Key accountabilities**:

- Daily onsite and online support regarding clinical workflows in relation to clinical information systems.
- Gathering user requirements.
- Documenting and optimizing clinical workflows with the participation of process owners and key stakeholders.
- Setting the discrete project objectives to be achieved based on the functional requirements.
- Participate in project planning and setting the major goals and objectives.
- Liaising with technical system implementors to ensure that they understand the functional requirements correctly.
- Vetting that the functional requirements are correctly implemented by working with system implementors for test the systems as and when the functionalities and features are ready.
- Tracking and reporting the progress of functional requirements readiness to the project management team.
- Enable and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Training which includes preparing materials, scheduling, and running the training programs.
- Change management which includes the planning, scheduling, and running roadshow programs.
- Go Live and Post Go Live clinical workflows support.
- Manage the prioritization of functional change requests with the participation of key stakeholders.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Nursing or healthcare related degree/diploma from a recognised institution. Alternatively, IT degree/diploma holders with working experience in healthcare domain.
a. Clinical or Healthcare knowledge preferred.
b. Keen interest in using technology for the purpose of improving patient care.
c. Good interpersonal skills required: to communicate with doctors & nurses.

e. Experience in implementing and supporting electronic medical records (EMR) and/or other clinical systems preferred.
