SEA Workplace Management (WPM) Head of Operations (GHO) Leader
POSITION GOALS
This unique role is responsible for the operational delivery of critical components of our APAC Workplace Management business.
As the SEA GHO, the role oversees our SEA WPM operations, reporting to the APAC WD COO and with matrix reporting to our SEA Account Management Leader. The role sits in the WPM APAC and SEA Account Management leadership teams to:
Ensure the implementation of WPM Standards with any required configuration for SEA.
Drive the optimization and excellence in service delivery by working with SEA's Account Leaders and Managing Directors / Group Account Executives.
Target and drive improvement in profitability by working with Account Teams.
Develop the strategy and implementation for self-performance of services (in-sourcing following our standard country delivery model).
Partner with Account Leaders to resolve any major operational issues.
Identify talent and support overall succession planning for WPM resources assigned to accounts.
Act as the ‘Team Captain’ for other WPM SBL resources within SEA (e.g., HSSEQ, Engineering) and other functional teams involved in delivering WPM services (such as Sourcing).
Work with sourcing to define any specific third-party suppliers required to deliver part of the overall WPM delivery, including leveraging preferred suppliers.
Implement JCAP (our business assurance program) and other processes to ensure regulatory compliance across SEA.
Define evolving technology or delivery needs based on feedback from account teams, sales pursuits, and the market. Work with the Leadership team to prioritize and solve solutions.
The time devoted to pursuing these goals is anticipated to be allocated in the following manner:
Strategy, Operating Excellence, Innovation, Quality and Performance - 50%
Issue Resolution/Troubleshooting - 20%
Talent Recruitment and Development - 10%
Solutions Development Support - up to 20%
