- Job scheduling for truck attendants and production team
- Effectively manage manpower and ensure proper coordination of works with relevant departments
- Plan, organize and manage all aspects of the day-to-day production activities to ensure that daily production targets are achieved
- Maintain proper documentation and tracking of employee deployment, attendance and leave management
- Work closely with Sales and Operations Department on the loading of goods for export
- Maintain an Excel tracking file and monitor the product movement
- Ensure all production related machineries and equipment are properly maintained
- Work with Safety Officer to ensure all Safety Compliance measures are adhered to

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years working experience with
