- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon-Fri 8.30 am - 5.30 pm, Sat 8.30 am - 12.30 pm)
- Salary Package**:Basic $3,500 + Performance Bonus**:

- Duration: Permanent

**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate and maintain grinding machinery to produce parts and components according to specifications.
- Set up machines, select proper grinding wheels and attachments, and perform necessary adjustments.
- Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet quality and dimensional standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on grinding machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings.
- Monitor the grinding process and make adjustments to machines as needed to maintain product quality.
- Keep accurate records of production activities, including quantities produced, machine settings, and maintenance performed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.

- At least 2 years of experience operating grinding machines in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of grinding techniques, machine operations, and maintenance.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
