**YOUR ROLE**

This is a unique opportunity to develop within a VC-backed start-up that aims to become the next global consumer goods giant. As an **Investments intern**, you will support the team’s efforts in deal origination, company evaluation, and execution of our M&A investments. You will get to interact with e-commerce business owners and hear first-hand their inspirational stories about how they built their brands into multi-million-dollar businesses.
- Originate a high-quality funnel of acquisition targets and conduct preliminary evaluation of potential M&A investment opportunities of ecommerce brands.
- Support our investments team with the commercial and financial due diligence of potential M&A deals.
- Assist in structuring referral agreements and partnerships with industry multipliers to generate high quality inbound leads.
- Assist in managing our deal database and pipeline.
- Conduct competitor and sector analyses on new opportunities to gain a deep understanding of the ecommerce landscape in Asia Pacific.
- Assist in compiling financial models and performing commercial and financial due diligence for M&A deals.
- Participate in the deal execution process and preparation of materials for internal and external meetings (e.g., investment memos, pitch decks, etc).

**YOUR PROFILE**
- You have a Bachelors (or masters) degree or are currently pursuing either Finance, Economics or Business at a top university and have a very good academic record.
- You have some relevant prior work (e.g., e-commerce) or internship experience.
- Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and willing to get your hands dirty.
- Fluent in English, any other Asian language is a plus.
- You thrive in a rapidly growing and radically changing environment and wants to help us turn Una Brands into the next VC-backed unicorn.
