Develops specific marketing plans and activities for specific product(s) or product line(s) to establish, enhance or distinguish product placement within the competitive arena.Develops business plans and product positioning in the marketplace. Oversees market research, monitors competitive activity and identifies customer needs. Establishes pricing strategies. Works with engineering, manufacturing, and sales to develop new products or enhance existing product(s) or product line(s). Participate in the delivery of solution design, configuration, and escalated problem management of solutions and services in client environments.This position is required to offer pre-sales support by identifying opportunities and contributing to the design and configuration requirements related to client proposals. They work towards expert-level certification, whilst at the same time developing business knowledge.Key Roles and Responsibilities:

- Participate in the creation and delivery of solutions to clients by engaging with them during the planning and solution definition phase and defining the standards of work (SoW).
- Provide user support and assist with troubleshooting and design, configuration, and escalated problem management.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define the solution roadmap and milestones.
- Work on strategic projects that enhance current solution concepts and/or the creation of new ones.
- Work closely with the sales team to evaluate and activate new accounts.
- Contribute to the knowledge base of solutions and services by sharing best practices and lessons learned with clients.
- Understand the client’s environment, business needs and provide expertise and consulting on the relevant solutions.
- Work closely with vendors to understand their strategies for solutions and services, can articulate the roadmap, and associated impacts for clients.Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes: - Strong understanding of IT/ Telecommunication services industry environment and business needs
- Demonstrate knowledge of the market, verticals, horizontals, business administration, and business change
- Ability to lead technical design workshops with the client and NTT stakeholders
- Possess good technical, quantitative, and analytical skills
- Possess the ability to work with clients and business teams to create client-orientated solutions and services
- Possess the ability to design and implement GTM programs for driving incremental revenue generation
- Demonstrate interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Ability to recognize opportunities for enhancement and continuous improvement
- Ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders and colleagues at all levels
- Ability to establish and manage processes and practices through collaboration and the understanding of business
- Ability to manage urgent and complex tasks simultaneouslyAcademic Qualifications and Certifications: - Bachelor’s degreeRequired Experience: - Minimum demonstrable experience of 12+ years in a similar role within a related environment
- Experience working across multiple domains
- Demonstrated experience working with clients to understand their requirements and define appropriate solutions
