**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Liaise closely with Project Managers on workplace safety, health and environmental issues to maintain a high level of safety at the sites.
- Oversee and lead the Safety team & subcontractors in the implementation of Company’s safety systems at sites and maintain effective WSHE related work plans.
- Monitor safety and health aspect of all projects and workers safe work practices.
- Conduct site inspection on work activities to ensure implementation of safe work procedures.
- Report on WSHE issues to Management including preparation of data and statistics in monthly summary report
- Investigate accidents / incidents / dangerous occurrences and recommend remedial measures to prevent any recurrences.
- Carry out risk assessment for all projects and maintain high level of safety and housekeeping at site.
- Carry out safety orientations and to conduct daily tool box meeting.
- Plan, administer and implement safety policy and safety procedures in compliance with MOM safety regulations
- Familiarize with **ISO & GGBS **Audit requirements and make preparation for the Audit.
- Ensure project’s compliance with all statutory requirements at all time.
- Identify any unsafe conditions or unsafe work practices and recommend / implement reasonably practicable measures to correct the situation.
- All other adhoc duties and responsibility as and when assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Degree holder or equivalent / WSQ Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health
- Possess a valid **registration with MOM** as Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO)
- Possess a valid registration with NEA as Environmental Control Officer (ECO)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Singapore Building Construction Industry
- Familiar with construction site safety inspections and regulations
- A good team player who is hands-on and meticulous in his work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- 6-day work week
- Dynamic, self-motivated, proactive and results oriented
- Excellent team spirit, strong technical competence and good interpersonal skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $6,500.00 per month
