Provide excellent customer service including patient registration, queue management, appointment scheduling and dispensing of medications
- Ensure a comfortable experience for the patients in the clinic
- Maintain strict infection control and adhere to cleanliness and appearance of the clinic
- Assist the clinic doctor in routine procedures, i.e vaccinations
- Administrative duties as required
**Requirements**:
- Able to commit to 5.5 day work schedule
- Must have good interpersonal experience
- Can multitask and can work in a fast paced work environment
- Must be familiar with Microsoft suite
- Prior experience in fast-paced healthcare setting is an advantage
- Preferably bilingual to assist elderly patients who only speaks Chinese
- Minimum GCE N Level
